The wash bay is pay for use but a very good deal.
The Wash Bay has 2 high pressure wands and 2
soap brushes. There is high pressure water, soap,
wax, foaming brush soap and reverse osmosis/de-ionized
spot free rinse.
What you wash off your boat and RV goes through
a three part separator and into a septic system.
The water is not reused.
There are fluorescent lights in the wash bay,
please turn them off after use. The switch is located
on the south west wall in a plastic enclosure.
The wash bay has a pay station where it will accept
Quarters, $1, $2, & $5, bills. THIS PAY STATION
WILL NOT MAKE CHANGE. The first 4 minutes cost $2.00,
every additional $1.00 will add 2 minutes to the
clock. If you put in a $5.00 bill you will have
10 minutes of wash time regardless of how much time
you need. You will notice there is a quarter slot
where you can slam in quarters but it will take
4 of them to register 2 minutes. A single quarter
will not buy any time. It takes 2 quarters to buy
1 minute.
Please be courteous if someone is in line waiting
to use the wash bay please dry your boat off outside
the wash bay or in your own space. Boats and RV’s
entering the wash bay should enter from the south
side of the building (the opposite side from the
front gate). Drive through the gate straight past
building H on your right and drive clock wise around
building H to come in the south side. We are suggesting
this route to prevent blocking the gate or blocking
tenants that need to get into their mini storage
spaces at the front of the property.
A movable stair case (stock picker) has been
provided so that owners of RV’s can reach the top
of their RV’s. Use of the stairs is at your own
risk. Please do not allow children on this device.
Lake Havasu RV & Boat Storage and Avatar Financial
Fund I assume no responsibility for vehicle damage
or personal injury when using this device.
A hose bib and a 10 foot hose has been installed
on the outside west wall of the wash bay equipment
room for the sole purpose of flushing out engines
and holding tanks in RV’s. The water is hard water
and should not be used for drinking or filling potable
water tanks. Use caution the water comes off a 2”
high pressure line. The hose is not provided for
washing your boat.
An Air Station to pump up your tires and inflatable
lake toys has been provided. There is no charge
for air.
